By downloading or playing Jackpot Passport you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to play.

Social casino: no real-money gambling

Jackpot Passport is a social casino game for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling or any opportunity to win real money, prizes or anything of monetary value.

Virtual coins, levels and other in-game items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, cashed out, sold or transferred, and are licensed to you, not owned. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

In-app purchases

Optional coin packs are sold through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. All purchases are final except where required by law or Apple's refund policy. Virtual items may be lost if your account is deleted or terminated.

Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or create multiple accounts to gain an advantage. We may adjust balances, remove items or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Changes to the game

We may update, change or discontinue features, countries, coin values or the game itself at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued play after changes take effect means you accept them.
